Instructors can create and publish courses without any fees or commissions, and students can access courses as per the pricing set by instructors. We provide the Platform as a service to host, manage, and deliver educational content, but we do not charge instructors for using the Platform or take any commission on course sales.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 10 years old to use the Platform or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not located in a region restricted by applicable Pakistan laws.

3. Accounts

• To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: Instructors retain full ownership of their course content. By uploading content, you grant Lms360pk.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display your content to make it accessible to students on the Platform.
• Compliance: Instructors must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and data protection laws. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for any copyrighted material used in your courses.
• Prohibited Actions: Instructors may not:
  • Post content that violates our Content Guidelines or applicable laws.
  • Use the Platform for promotional purposes unrelated to course content (e.g., affiliate links, external paid content).
  • Share personal information about students or engage in harassing, offensive, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Offer courses for free on other platforms if they are paid courses on Lms360pk.com.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Behavior: Students must not:

9. Refunds

• Since Lms360pk.com does not process payments, refund policies are set by individual instructors. Students should review the instructor’s refund policy before enrolling in a course.
• We are not responsible for disputes between students and instructors regarding refunds.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Platform at any time by deactivating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with written notice.
• Upon termination, your license to access or use content on the Platform ends, but Sections 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 12 remain in effect.

11. Limitation of Liability
