This plant holds a lot of water and they still do great even in full sunlight. 6 to 8 hours. once the cuttings develop a well grounded root system after about 6 weeks you should start seeing new growth around the base of the plant. Very easy to propagate once established. Just snap a leaf at the stem. It should peel away some of the skin from the stalk when you begin to collect propagation leaves. To set your new cuttings all you have to do is take a pen pencil or screwdriver... stick it in the ground about an inch to two inches deep and insert the plant stem and water. It's that easy.
