Jefferson Golden Secret Clock
This interesting item with it’s Mid Century contemporary/Art Deco design is very one-of-a-kind. While you’ll see many Jefferson Golden Hour clocks the Golden Secret has the rare square shape and is free of glass completely. It is cast iron with 24 k gold plating. Far less common than the often seen Golden Hour clock. The numbers are represented by golden dots. The hands are mounted on a curved tube. It was invented by Jans Walma. This piece first appeared in the the mid 1950’s.The clock is electric and does work and keeps pretty good time.
